قال السفير الصيني في القاهرة إن بلاده تبحث حاليًا إعفاء الصادرات المصرية المتجهة إلى الصين من الرسوم الجمركية، وذلك في إطار اتفاقيات الشراكة من أجل التنمية التي تجمع البلدين.
جاءت هذه التصريحات خلال لقاء السفير الصيني والوفد المرافق له مع الفريق كامل الوزير، نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء للتنمية الصناعية ووزير الصناعة والنقل، حيث تمت مناقشة سبل تعزيز التعاون الصناعي والتجاري بين الجانبين ومتابعة المشروعات المشتركة الجارية والمستقبلية، بحسب بيان صادر عن الوزارة.
وفي هذا السياق، أوضحت وزارة الصناعة أنها قامت خلال الفترة الماضية بمعالجة التحديات الفنية المرتبطة بتوحيد المواصفات القياسية للمنتجات الصناعية المصرية مع نظيرتها الصينية، وذلك استجابةً لشكاوى من بعض الشركات العاملة في السوقين المصري والصيني بسبب وجود اختلافات في متطلبات الجودة والتصنيع.
في إطار التعاون الصناعي بين مصر والصين، ناقش الجانبان عددًا من الملفات المشتركة التي تستهدف دعم التبادل التجاري وتوطين الاستثمارات الصناعية. وجاءت أبرز النتائج كالتالي:
درست الهيئة المصرية العامة للمواصفات والجودة التحديات الفنية المتعلقة بتوحيد المعايير بين البلدين، وتم التوصل إلى حلول عملية تضمن توافق المواصفات وتيسير حركة البضائع واعتمادها، بما يعزز كفاءة منظومة الصناعة والتجارة.
أكد السفير الصيني بالقاهرة، رغبة الشركات الصينية في توسيع الأراضي المخصصة لمنطقة تيدا الصناعية بالمنطقة الاقتصادية لقناة السويس، والتي تضم حاليًا أكثر من 200 شركة صينية باستثمارات تتجاوز 3 مليارات دولار.
أوضح وزير النقل والصناعة، الفريق كامل الوزير، أنه سيتم التنسيق مع الجانب الصيني للاستثمار في الصناعات التكنولوجية المتقدمة، والصناعات المكملة والمغذية، إلى جانب الصناعات الخضراء منخفضة الانبعاثات التي تستهدفها الدولة المصرية.
أشار الوزير إلى أن وزارة النقل تعمل حاليًا على استكمال المرحلة الثالثة من مشروع القطار الكهربائي الخفيف (LRT)، والممول من الجانب الصيني، بما يعكس عمق الشراكة التنموية بين البلدين.

The Chinese Ambassador to Cairo announced that his country is currently studying the possibility of exempting Egyptian exports to China from customs duties, as part of the Partnership for Development Agreements between the two nations.
These remarks came during a meeting between the Ambassador and his accompanying delegation with Lieutenant General Kamel El-Wazir, Deputy Prime Minister for Industrial Development and Minister of Industry and Transport. The discussions focused on enhancing industrial and trade cooperation and reviewing ongoing and future joint projects, according to a statement issued by the ministry.
In this context, the Ministry of Industry clarified that it has recently addressed the technical challenges related to harmonizing the Egyptian and Chinese industrial standards, in response to complaints from companies operating in both markets regarding differences in quality and manufacturing requirements.
As part of the growing industrial partnership between Egypt and China, both sides discussed several key areas aimed at strengthening trade exchange and localizing industrial investments. The main outcomes included:
The Egyptian Organization for Standardization and Quality conducted a comprehensive review of the technical obstacles to unifying industrial standards and reached practical solutions that ensure better alignment, smoother trade flow, and improved efficiency in the industrial and trade systems.
The Chinese Ambassador expressed the interest of Chinese companies in expanding the land area of the TEDA Industrial Zone within the Suez Canal Economic Zone, which currently hosts over 200 Chinese companies with investments exceeding $3 billion.
Minister Kamel El-Wazir confirmed coordination with the Chinese side to invest in advanced technological industries, complementary and feeder industries, as well as green industries with low emissions, which are among Egypt’s national priorities.
The Minister also noted that the Ministry of Transport is currently completing the third phase of the Light Rail Transit (LRT) project, funded by China, reflecting the depth of developmental partnership between the two countries.
