أعلنت وزارة الصناعة المصرية عن طرح 1128 قطعة أرض صناعية مجهزة بالمرافق، بإجمالي مساحة 6.2 مليون متر مربع، موزعة على 26 منطقة ومدينة صناعية في مختلف المحافظات، وذلك ضمن خطتها لتوسيع قاعدة الاستثمار الصناعي في مصر.
تتنوع مساحات الأراضي المطروحة لتناسب جميع أنواع الأنشطة الصناعية، حيث تبدأ من 190 مترًا مربعًا وتصل حتى 500 ألف متر مربع، بما يتيح فرصًا متكاملة للمستثمرين من أصحاب المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة وحتى الكيانات الصناعية الكبرى.
في خطوة تهدف إلى تسهيل الإجراءات وتعزيز الشفافية في تخصيص الأراضي الصناعية للمستثمرين.
قال الفريق كامل الوزير، نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء للتنمية الصناعية ووزير الصناعة والنقل، إن الطرح الجديد للأراضي الصناعية يهدف إلى دعم المستثمرين وتشجيع إقامة مشروعات إنتاجية متنوعة، موضحًا أبرز ملامحه كما يلي:
تعزيز سلاسل الإنتاج المحلية وزيادة القيمة المضافة للصناعة المصرية.
تخصيص الأراضي للمشروعات الجادة فقط التي تساهم فعليًا في تحقيق التنمية الصناعية المستدامة.
أوضح الفريق كامل الوزير، نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء للتنمية الصناعية ووزير الصناعة والنقل، أن الأراضي المطروحة متاحة بنظامي التمليك أو حق الانتفاع، وبأسعار تعكس التكلفة الفعلية للمرافق فقط، دعمًا للمستثمرين وتشجيعًا للتصنيع المحلي.
وأشار إلى أن مقابل حق الانتفاع السنوي حُدد بنسبة 5% من سعر متر التمليك، مع الحفاظ على نفس التيسيرات التي تم اعتمادها في الطروحات السابقة.
وتهدف هذه الخطوات إلى تحفيز المستثمرين الجادين ودعم توسع النشاط الصناعي في مختلف المحافظات.

The Egyptian Ministry of Industry has announced the offering of 1,128 fully serviced industrial land plots, covering a total area of 6.2 million square meters, distributed across 26 industrial zones and cities nationwide. This initiative comes as part of the government’s plan to expand the industrial investment base in Egypt.
The plots vary in size to accommodate all types of industrial activities, ranging from 190 square meters up to 500,000 square meters, providing integrated opportunities for investors — from small and medium-sized enterprises to large-scale industrial entities.
The offering will take place from October 29 to November 6, via the Digital Industrial Egypt Platform, with allocation results to be announced on November 24.
This move aims to simplify procedures and enhance transparency in allocating industrial lands to investors.
General Kamel El-Wazir, Deputy Prime Minister for Industrial Development and Minister of Industry and Transport, stated that the new offering aims to support investors and encourage the establishment of diverse industrial projects.

Pharmaceutical industries
Textile industries
Building materials industries
Strengthening local production chains and increasing the added value of Egyptian industry.
The Industrial Development Authority (IDA) will review all submitted applications after the deadline, following strict technical and financial criteria to ensure fairness and efficiency.
Lands will be allocated only to serious projects capable of achieving sustainable industrial development.
Minister El-Wazir explained that the offered lands are available under two systems: ownership or usufruct (right of use), priced according to the actual cost of utilities, as part of efforts to support investors and promote local manufacturing.
The annual usufruct fee has been set at 5% of the ownership price per square meter, maintaining the same incentives approved in previous offerings.
Key incentives include:
50% reduction in the cost of application studies.
Cancellation of offer submission fees and financial guarantees.
Reduction of the down payment for reservation seriousness to only 10% of the land value.
Simplified feasibility study model to facilitate application and allocation procedures.
These measures aim to encourage committed investors and expand industrial activity across various governorates.
The new offering covers a wide geographical distribution across Egypt to ensure balanced development and support for industrial activities nationwide. The allocation includes:

Fayoum: 73 plots
Bir Al-Abd (North Sinai): 53 plots
New October City: 1 plot
Sadat City (Monufia): 2 plots
Sohag: 272 plots
Assiut: 63 plots
Qena: 275 plots
Luxor: 115 plots
Aswan: 36 plots
Ismailia: 106 plots
One plot in each of the following governorates: Port Said, Kafr El-Sheikh, Suez, and Beni Suef
New Alamein City: 9 plots
