تعتزم شركة صينية، متخصصة في تصنيع قوالب الإطارات والمكونات الصناعية، التوسع في السوق المصري من خلال إنشاء مصنع جديد يستهدف تحويل مصر إلى مركز إقليمي للتصنيع والتصدير إلى مختلف الأسواق العالمية.
ويأتي هذا المشروع في إطار توجه الدولة نحو جذب الاستثمارات الصناعية ذات القيمة المضافة، حيث أكدت وزارة الاستثمار في بيانها أن المصنع يمثل خطوة مهمة لتعزيز سلاسل الإمداد المحلية ودعم الصادرات الصناعية.
ويمثل المشروع إضافة قوية لقطاع الصناعات المغذية وصناعة الإطارات في مصر، كما يعكس ثقة الشركات العالمية في مناخ الاستثمار والفرص الصناعية المتاحة داخل السوق المصري.
يستهدف المشروع استكمال جميع إجراءات التأسيس والتراخيص الرسمية خلال النصف الأول من عام 2026، تمهيدًا لبدء التشغيل وفق خطة زمنية واضحة ومدروسة.
ومن المخطط أن يلعب المصنع دوراً محورياً كمركز استراتيجي للتصدير، حيث سيخدم أسواق الشرق الأوسط وأوروبا والأمريكتين، إلى جانب تلبية احتياجات السوق المحلية.
ويأتي هذا التوجه في إطار دعم سلاسل الإمداد لقطاع السيارات، بما يعزز موقع مصر كمركز إقليمي للصناعات المغذية ويزيد من قدرتها التنافسية في الأسواق العالمية.
أكد وزير الاستثمار، خلال لقائه الرئيس التنفيذي للشركة الصينية، التزام الوزارة بتقديم مختلف سبل الدعم للمجموعة، خاصة فيما يتعلق بتخصيص الأراضي وتسريع الإجراءات الإدارية، لضمان انطلاق المشروع وفق الجدول الزمني المحدد.
وخلال الاجتماع، تم بحث سبل تعميق سلاسل الإمداد المحلية وتعزيز التكامل الصناعي، مع التركيز على القطاعات الواعدة مثل طاقة الرياح والهندسة البحرية، وذلك في إطار استراتيجية الدولة لرفع مساهمة الطاقة المتجددة ضمن مزيج الطاقة القومي.
كما شدد الوزير على أهمية الاستثمار في التدريب الفني وبرامج التأهيل المهني لضمان نجاح المشروع واستدامته، مؤكدًا استعداد الحكومة للتعاون مع الجهات المعنية لتوفير برامج تدريب متخصصة، بما يسهم في إعداد كوادر مصرية مؤهلة قادرة على استيعاب التكنولوجيا الحديثة ونقل الخبرات الصناعية المتقدمة.

A Chinese company specialized in the manufacturing of tire molds and industrial components is planning to expand into the Egyptian market by establishing a new factory aimed at positioning Egypt as a regional hub for manufacturing and exporting to global markets.
This project aligns with the state’s strategy to attract high value-added industrial investments. The Ministry of Investment confirmed in an official statement that the factory represents a significant step toward strengthening local supply chains and boosting industrial exports.
Investment: Approximately $100 million in the first phase.
Area: The factory will be built on a total area of 100,000 square meters.

This direction supports automotive supply chains and enhances Egypt’s position as a regional center for feeder industries, increasing its competitiveness in global markets.
The Minister of Investment affirmed, during his meeting with the CEO of the Chinese company, the ministry’s commitment to providing full support to the group, particularly regarding land allocation and the acceleration of administrative procedures to ensure the project’s launch within the planned timeframe.
The meeting also addressed opportunities to deepen local supply chains and enhance industrial integration, with a focus on promising sectors such as wind energy and marine engineering. This aligns with the state’s strategy to increase the share of renewable energy in the national energy mix.
The Minister further emphasized the importance of investing in technical training and vocational qualification programs to ensure the project’s success and sustainability. He confirmed the government’s readiness to coordinate with relevant authorities to provide specialized training programs that will prepare qualified Egyptian professionals capable of adopting advanced technologies and transferring industrial expertise.
