دعا رئيس الجمهورية الشركات الكورية الجنوبية إلى ضخ استثمارات جديدة في مصر، خاصة في مجالي صناعة السيارات والبتروكيماويات.
وجاءت هذه الدعوة خلال لقائه برئيس جمهورية كوريا، حيث تناول الجانبان سبل تعزيز التعاون المشترك.
وشدد رئيس الجمهورية على أهمية مواصلة تطوير العلاقات الثنائية المتميزة بين البلدين في مختلف المجالات، ولا سيما التعاون الاقتصادي والاستثماري والثقافي، بالإضافة إلى قطاع التعليم.
أعرب رئيس الجمهورية عن تطلع مصر إلى توسيع نشاط الشركات الكورية الجنوبية وزيادة استثماراتها داخل السوق المصري، خصوصًا في القطاعات ذات الأولوية للدولة، مع التركيز على توطين الصناعات ونقل التكنولوجيا. وتشمل مجالات التعاون المستهدف تعزيز الاستثمارات الكورية في:
وأشار الرئيس إلى ما توفره الدولة المصرية للشركات الأجنبية من ضمانات وحوافز استثمارية، إلى جانب ما يتمتع به السوق المصري من مزايا تنافسية تعزز فرص التوسع والعمل المشترك.
تناول اللقاء بين الجانبين المصري والكوري بحث جوانب العلاقات الثنائية، خاصة التعاون الاقتصادي وزيادة مشاركة الشركات الكورية في المشروعات الكبرى داخل مصر، مع توجيه دعوة لهذه الشركات للتوسع في أعمالها واستثماراتها.
وأوضح رئيس الجمهورية أنه تم الاتفاق على اتخاذ خطوات عملية لزيادة مجالات التعاون تشمل:

The President of the Republic invited South Korean companies to inject new investments into Egypt, particularly in the automotive and petrochemical industries.
This came during his meeting with the President of the Republic of Korea, where both sides discussed ways to enhance bilateral cooperation.
The President emphasized the importance of continuing to strengthen the distinguished relations between the two countries across various fields, especially economic, investment and cultural cooperation, in addition to the education sector.
The President expressed Egypt’s aspiration to expand the activities of South Korean companies and increase their investments in the Egyptian market, especially in priority sectors for the state, with a focus on localizing industries and transferring technology.

Telecommunications and Information Technology
Automotive Manufacturing
Shipbuilding
Artificial Intelligence
Petrochemicals
Mining
The President also highlighted the guarantees and investment incentives offered by Egypt to foreign companies, along with the competitive advantages of the Egyptian market that support expansion and joint cooperation.
The meeting between the Egyptian and Korean sides reviewed various aspects of bilateral relations, particularly economic cooperation and the increasing participation of Korean companies in major projects in Egypt, accompanied by an invitation to expand their investments.

Developing work in artificial intelligence
Telecommunications
Information Technology
Encouraging Korean companies to establish petrochemical plants in the Suez Canal Economic Zone
He also emphasized the importance of attracting companies specializing in automotive manufacturing and shipbuilding to strengthen their presence in Egypt and benefit from the incentives provided by the Egyptian government in these sectors.
The two sides discussed a proposal to establish a Korean university specializing in science and technology in Egypt, in addition to studying the possibility of establishing Korean schools to transfer educational expertise and promote cultural exchange.
