تستهدف الحكومة المصرية تحقيق معدل نمو الاقتصاد المصري بنسبة 7.5% بحلول عام 2030، مع التركيز على جودة النمو بما ينعكس بشكل مباشر على تحسين مستوى معيشة المواطنين، وذلك في إطار أهداف الإصدار الثاني من السردية الوطنية للتنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية: السياسات الداعمة للنمو والتشغيل.
أعلنت وزيرة التخطيط والتنمية الاقتصادية والتعاون الدولي، الانتهاء من الإصدار الثاني من السردية الوطنية، وذلك خلال اجتماع رئاسة الوزراء، مؤكدة أن السردية تم إعدادها بالتنسيق مع مختلف الوزارات والجهات المعنية، وبإشراف مباشر من رئيس الوزراء.
وأوضحت أن العمل على السردية جاء وفق جدول زمني معلن منذ 7 سبتمبر 2025، بعد إجراء حوار مجتمعي موسع شمل مجموعات عمل منظمة وحواراً تفاعلياً، بمشاركة أكثر من 100 خبير ومفكر ومتخصص، إلى جانب مراكز الفكر والبحوث والجامعات ومجتمعات الأعمال والمنظمات الدولية.
وفقاً لوزيرة التخطيط، تستهدف السردية الوطنية رفع مساهمة الاستثمارات الخاصة الكلية إلى 72% بحلول 2030، بما يحقق نموذج نمو اقتصادي يقوده القطاع الخاص، ويعزز من كفاءة الاقتصاد ومرونته وقدرته على خلق فرص عمل مستدامة.
تتضمن السردية الوطنية مجموعة من المستهدفات القطاعية الطموحة، من أبرزها:
وفيما يتعلق بتمويل مستهدفات السردية الوطنية، أكدت وزيرة التخطيط أن الاستراتيجية الوطنية المتكاملة لتمويل التنمية تمثل الإطار العام لحشد الموارد المحلية والدولية، مشيرة إلى أن السردية تستهدف ربط الأداء التنموي بالأداء المالي وفق منهجية البرامج والأداء، بما يعزز كفاءة وفعالية الخطط التنفيذية.
يتضمن الإصدار الثاني من السردية الوطنية محوراً أساسياً خاصاً بـ التنمية البشرية، وذلك في ضوء مخرجات المؤتمر العالمي للصحة والسكان والتنمية البشرية، مع استهداف إحداث نقلة اقتصادية شاملة تنعكس على جودة حياة المواطن المصري.

The Egyptian government aims to achieve an economic growth rate of 7.5% by 2030, with a strong focus on the quality of growth to directly improve citizens’ living standards. This comes within the framework of the second edition of the National Narrative for Economic and Social Development: Policies Supporting Growth and Employment.
The Minister of Planning, Economic Development, and International Cooperation announced the completion of the second edition of the National Narrative during a Cabinet meeting, confirming that it was prepared in coordination with various ministries and relevant entities, under the direct supervision of the Prime Minister.
She explained that the work on the narrative followed a declared timeline since September 7, 2025, after conducting an extensive societal dialogue that included organized working groups and interactive discussions, with the participation of more than 100 experts, thinkers, and specialists, as well as think tanks, research centers, universities, business communities, and international organizations.
According to the Minister of Planning, the National Narrative aims to increase the contribution of total private investments to 72% by 2030, establishing an economic growth model led by the private sector, enhancing economic efficiency and resilience, and supporting the creation of sustainable job opportunities.
The National Narrative outlines several ambitious sectoral targets, most notably:
Increasing the contribution of petroleum and non-petroleum manufacturing industries to 20% of GDP by 2030.
Raising the contribution of the agricultural sector to 17.7% of GDP by 2030.
Increasing the number of tourists to 30 million by 2030, supporting tourism as a key driver of economic growth.
Regarding the financing of the National Narrative’s targets, the Minister of Planning emphasized that the Integrated National Financing Framework for Development serves as the main umbrella for mobilizing local and international resources. She noted that the narrative seeks to link development performance with financial performance in line with the program-based budgeting and performance methodology, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of implemented plans.
The second edition of the National Narrative includes a core pillar focused on human development, in light of the outcomes of the Global Conference on Health, Population, and Human Development, aiming to achieve a comprehensive economic transformation that positively impacts the quality of life of Egyptian citizens.

The National Narrative represents the overarching framework for comprehensive development, ensuring integration between Egypt Vision 2030 and updated sectoral strategies, in light of rapid regional and global developments. It focuses on high-productivity sectors with greater capacity to access export markets, leveraging the advanced infrastructure achievements realized in recent years.
