نبذة عن المشروع:

تصنيع أسلاك لحام FLUX CORE وهي عبارة عن شرائط فولاذ كربوني وهو في الأساس عبارة عن تجويف معبأ بداخله مزيج مركب من السبائك ومزيلات الأكسدة ويتم لفه على شكل “U” حتى يتم إغلاقه بإحكام.

الاستخدامات:-

تعتبر عملية اللحام بالقوس الكهربائي وخاصة بالأسلاك ذات القلب المتدفق مهمة في صناعة بناء السفن لأنها توفر تكلفة العمالة الضخمة، كما أنها تستخدم في العديد من الصناعات الإنشائية في جانب اللحام، وذلك بسبب عمق اختراقه الكبير، فليس من السهل استخدامه في المعادن رقيقة السمك.
قابلة للتطبيق على نطاق واسع في الصناعات الميكانيكية.
يمكن استخدام FCAW على الفولاذ الكربوني العادي والسبائك والفولاذ المقاوم للصدأ والفولاذ المزدوج، ويتم استخدامه للواجهات الصعبة والسطوح.

The project involves the manufacturing of FLUX CORE welding wires, which are carbon steel strips essentially consisting of a hollow cavity filled with a compound mixture of alloys and deoxidizers, rolled into a “U” shape and tightly sealed.

1. The project was studied by Al-Tiqnea experts, who prepared a detailed feasibility study and found that there is no existing factory in Egypt producing Flux Core welding wires.
